MEET THE STAFF
The VEF staff has a broad range of knowledge, skills, and a number of relationships from across the entire Commonwealth of Virginia. Together, they represent a wealth of understanding, wisdom, and expertise.
Tim Cole

Tim grew up in an Air Force family and graduated from Cincinnati Christian University (BS) in 1988 and Mount St. Joseph (MA) in 1990. He has helped to start churches in France, Ukraine, and 2 for the VEF in Virginia. Tim oversees our daily operations, coaches church planters, consults with churches and keeps our other directors in line... if possible.
Dave Hileman

Dave grew up in Springdale, PA and graduated from Johnson University (BS) in 1978 and Eastern Mennonite University (MA) in 1983 and has over 36 years of ministry experience. He is responsible for evaluating the specific needs of churches, and the development and implementation of many of the VEF's programs.
Neil Wheeler

Neil is a prayer warrior and relationship builder at heart. Neil grew up in Salem, Virginia and graduated from Johnson University (BA in 1977) & (MA in 1992). He has ministered in NC and VA churches for the past 38 years. Neil oversees Fusion groups, offers personal contact and pastoral care for preachers/church leaders, and plans our annual golf outings.
Rachel (Price) Woolard

Rachel grew up in Cary, NC and graduated from Johnson University in 2009 and immediately started working for the VEF. She is now pursuing a second degree in Graphic Design from Liberty University. Rachel utilizes modern design and social media to help the VEF and churches communicate the gospel effectively.
Cindy Hileman

Cindy is from Natrona Heights, PA and graduated from Hood College in Frederick, MD. She has been married to Dave for 43 years and has an incredible commitment to keeping the VEF books, as well as the bookkeeping for each new church plant. She does more things than we can possibly describe in such a small space. Needless to say, she keeps us all in check.
Harry Gill (Recently retired)

Harry grew up in Martins Ferry, OH and graduated from Kentucky Christian University in the stone ages, and has since served at congregations in Huntington, VA, Charleston, WV, and Mechanicsville, VA. When not on the golf course, Harry travels constantly, visiting churches and providing support for leaders everywhere.
